• Description: The Mossman Family Y Indoor Tri consists of a 15 minutes swim in the pool, cycle on a spin bike for 25 minutes and finish by running as far as you can on the treadmill for 20 minutes. The swim laps, spin bike and treadmill distances will be aggregated and scored to get the top three Male and Female triathletes. Unlike an outdoor triathlon, the transition times do not count towards your over-all finish time and you will have time to get from one element to the next.
