• Description: The course designers have selected paths friendly to those new to the sport, as well as exciting for experienced triathletes competing for personal bests. After a 320-meter swim in Lake Ahquabi , race participants will cycle a 25K out-and-back route to Milo, primarily on a rolling road in a rural area. The 5K run is a scenic loop around the lake using trails and pavement in the state park.
