• Description: The swim course has worked really well with Motor City in the past so that will be unchanged. The bike is lightning fast, arguably one of the fastest courses in the country as you get the wind either on the Canada side of US side of the island which enable you to reach speeds over 30 mph. It is closed to traffic with coned lanes around the entire island.
