  The 0.40 swim is in Corcoran Pond and athletes will be sent into the water every 5 seconds in a time trial format.
  
  The 20 mile bike course is an out and back loop that is primarily along Rte 49 which is freshly paved and has generously wide shoulders. This is a gorgeous ride offering beautiful views of the Mad River and the White Mountains. It is generally down hill on the way out and uphill on the way back.
  
  The 4.5 mile run course is over quiet roads with great views and some stretches of nice shading. There will be 3 aid stations on the run staffed with enthusiastic volunteers offering you water, an electrolyte drink and energy gels.
