• Description: The 0.40 swim is in Corcoran Pond and athletes will be sent into the water every 5 seconds in a time trial format.
  
  The 5 mile bike is a single loop. The course starts out on trails, hits the road for a brief stretch and then remains on trails the rest of the 5 mile ride. The trails take you about 2.5 miles north of the Waterville Valley Town Square before you turn south and head back. This rolling hill terrain is very scenic, takes athletes along and over the Mad River and offers plenty of wide sections for passing as well as some sections of single track.
  
  The run course is 3.8 miles on the trails south of the Waterville Valley Town Square. The trails have some rolling hills and offer ample space for passing. There will be 2 aid stations on the run offering you water, an electrolyte drink and energy gels.
