• Description: The 50 yard swim is in Corcoran Pond and athletes will be sent into the water every 5 seconds in a time trial format. Water temperatures are expected to be in the mid 60s F.
  
  The 1 mile bike course is an out and back loop along Valley Road. This is a flat road that will be closed to traffic and offers family and friends great spots for spectating.
  
  The 0.6 mile run course is on Village Road and is closed to traffic. This is an out and back that includes a short gradual downhill to the turnaround point followed by a short gradual uphill before flattening out to the finish.
