  • Description: The triathlon around Foys Lake is one of our most challenging, competitive events for beginners or the seasoned competitor. This event includes a ½ mile swim, 12.7 mile bike ride and a 3.1 mile run. The Duathlon consists of a 3.1 mile run, 12.7 mile bike and 3.1 mile run.
