• Description: This course begins at the main entrance of Jungle Island, and takes you under the MacArthur Causeway onto Watson Island. From there, you will run past the Miami Children’s Museum loop back and return to Jungle Island. The Jungle run will take you through the wild and scenic park past the unique, authentic animal exhibits, where you will see the most amazing birds, mammals and reptiles. Bring your family and friends and they will receive admission to Jungle Island for $15 (Less than half-price)! Park admission is included in your registration, so please stick around after the race. You will get a more in depth look at many species including parrots, penguins, orangutans, kangaroos and big cats. Enjoy Jungle Island’s three entertaining shows that feature some of the wildest animals from around the globe. From the world’s most lethal bird to some of the most amazing animals you will have to see to believe.
