• Description: Swim Course: The swim course will begin and end in Lake Brandt Marina. The swim will be a one loop course.
  
  Bike Course: The Greensboro Off-Road Triathlon will use some of the most beautiful mountain bike trails in North Carolina along Lake Brandt. This course will allow for a challenging and fast bike course.
  
  Run Course: The run course will also follow the trails surrounding Lake Brandt Marina. The trees will offer a great break from the summer sun.
