• Description: Welcome to the inaugural GirlzTri.Du.Rule! Triathlon and Duathlon for girls ages 7 to 17! The Girl Scouts of Eastern Pennsylvania, together with KidzTri3, a 501c3 Premier Youth Multisport Organization, are producing the first Girl Scouts athletic event of its kind in Eastern Pennsylvania. Girls from all over the area will experience the thrill of crossing the finish line after they swim-bike-run or run-bike-run and become a multisport athlete! Not a Girl Scout? Become one as part of the registration process!
  
  Distances:
  7 to 9 Years: 50 yard Swim – 1.5 mile Bike – ½ mile Run
  
  10 to 12 Years: 150 yard Swim – 3 mile Bike – 1 mile Run
  
  13 to 15 Years: 300 yard Swim – 6 mile Bike – 2 mile Run
  
  16 to 17 Years: 300 yard Swim – 6 mile Bike – 2 mile Run
