• Description: Age Appropriate Distances for all participants. Kids will swim in the Simpkins pool, bike and run through the adjacent park on dirt roads and trails. Each child must wear an ANSI approved helmet on the bike. THE BIKE COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR FAT TIRE, MOUNTAIN BIKES, AND CYCLECROSS BIKES. No road bikes or skinny tires!
  
  Kids 6 and under may have assistance or floatation devices to get across the pool! There will be safety swimmers in the pool, but kickboards, noodles, and arm floaties are just fine too.
  
  All kids who participate will receive a finisher's medal, a t-shirt, swim cap, and other special sponsor gifts.
