• Description: In partnership with Stevenage Leisure and the Letchworth Garden City Heritage Foundation, FreedomTri are pleased to stage the fifth Duck’N’Dash Aquathlon at the unique Letchworth Outdoor Swimming Pool.
  
  There are variants for juniors between the ages of 08-16 years as follows:
  
  08 years - 50m swim (1 length) & 0.6k run (Tristar Start)
  
  09-10 years - 100m swim (2 lengths) & 1k run (Tristar 1)
  
  11-12 years - 100m swim (2 lengths) & 2k run (Tristar 2)
  
  13-14 years - 200m swim (4 lengths) & 2k run (Tristar 3)
  
  15-16 years - 300m swim (6 lengths) & 4k run (Youth)
