  Kids Triathlon Age Groups/Distances:
  5-6 year olds: 50 yd swim, 1 mile bike, 1/4 mile run
  7-8 year olds: 50 yd swim, 2 mile bike, 1/2 mile run
  9-10 year olds: 100 yard swim, 3 mile bike, 1/2 mile run
  11-12 year olds: 100 yard swim, 3 mile bike, 1 mile run
  
  Bike helmets required for ALL participants during bike ride. Flotation devices allowed for kids during swim. Kids age groups will start separately for the swim. Parents may assist their children during any portion of the race.
