  • Description: Colonel Crawfish Triathlon begins at the Nicholls State University in the outside, long course Ayo Pool. The fast and flat bike course takes riders down the smooth and historic Laurel Valley Road and is an out and back course. The run is a one loop course surrounding the Nicholls campus.
