• Description: A rectangle swim in a clear relatively shallow lake. The bike is mostly flat but does contain two kinda false uphills and a short climb right out of the transition area. 2 loops for long course athletes. The run takes place mostly on a great 8 foot wide groomed trail on the hiking nature paths around the lake. We have a great finish line set up as you come back off the nature trail between the lake/beach and transition area.
