• Description: Firebolt Youth Triathlon is a USAT Sanctioned Swim, Bike, Run event for kids ages 5-18 years old. It will consist of (5-10 year olds) 50 yd swim, 3 mile bike, .5 mile run and (11-18 year olds) 150 yd swim, 6 mile bike, 1 mile run. Awards will be presented to age group winners and overall winners as well as teams. The goal of the Thunderbolt is to provide an opportunity for kids to engage in the sport of triathlon, have fun and be a part of something great. Participants will be timed and recieve an overall time at the finish. They will also recieve a t-shirt, finisher's award and glory for them and their family. Participate as an individual or part of a team (as a swimmer, cyclist or runner).
