• Description: Welcome to the 15th Annual Cedars of Lebanon Triathlon!
  
  The event consists of 200 yards in a beautiful, outdoor 50 yard pool, a 9.6 mile flat loop course around the park, and a 2 mile run completely within the state park.
  
  Just east of Metro Nashville - this popular sprint triathlon is held at the beautiful Cedars of Lebanon State Park, about 35 miles outside of downtown Nashville. The park setting is beautiful and the support from park staff is the great. Be sure to register early as this race sells out each year.
  
  Outside of the Cedars of Lebanon Park Rangers and Wilson County Sheriff's Office support, the Friends of Cedars of Lebanon will be helping out on race day. We love having their help from year to year to make race day a success and help in their mission of improving the park.
