• Description: Your race adventure starts off with a one-lap (Olympic) or two-lap (Half Iron) swim on a counterclockwise rectangle swim course along the shoreline of Salt Fork Lake. Next up is a very challenging bike course with over 4000’ of total climbing (Half Iron) and 1500’ for the Sprint. These courses will challenge ALL ability levels. After finishing the bike course participants will take on the run course on rolling roads within the park.
