  RUN: Duathletes will start about 10 minutes before the first "swim heat" with a 2 mile "out and back" run.
  
  BIKE: 17.69 miles (bike course pending due to road construction) - Triathletes and duathletes will merge together inside the "transition" area to begin a scenic 17.69 mile bike race . Bike helmets are ALWAYS MANDATORY and drafting rules enforced. No headsets please. Roads are well paved with a few gently rolling hills.
  
  RUN: 5K - Athletes will cycle back to the transition area to begin a 3.1 mile run. The race finishes along the beautiful beach front of Alum Creek State Park.
