  This timed/competitive 5K run takes place on May 6 in Denver and May 20 in Glenwood Springs.
  
  The Denver MS Run begins at 7:30 a.m. and is a USATF certified course and a qualifier for the Bolder Boulder, just three weeks later.* Registered participants will receive a special MS 5K Run for Hope shoe pocket. There will be a $25 registration fee if you register before May 2. On race day the fee will be $30.
  
  The Glenwood Springs MS Run is not a Bolder Boulder qualifier.
  
  Lastly, if you are planning on participating in the Bolder Boulder, please notify them of your results (listed herein) for the MS 5K Run for Hope when you register. They are receiving this data at the same time, and are able to confirm your information.
