• Description: The sprint course consists of a 1/3 of a mile fresh water swim, a 12 mile out and back bike ride that takes you out of Eastman, north on Rt.10 to Exit 14 before returning and a wooded 5K trail run along the west shore of Eastman Lake. Enjoy a post-race brunch followed by the awards ceremony.
