  • Description: Freedom Springs Sprint Triathlon consists of a ΒΌ mile swim, a 10 miles bike and a 3.1 miles run. Freedom Springs Kids Triathlon consists of a 100 yards swim, a 3 miles bike and a 1 mile run.

    Swim in crystal clear blue spring (water temp 70 degrees year round). (kids also swim in blue spring).

    Bike has nice incline at start, no hills throughout course.

    Run has 3 hills, most of course on dirt. (no hills on kids run course).
