Date: Jan 27, 2015This is new for me, and about time! Been wanting to try, so I'm going for it! I've always enjoyed swimming, biking and running. Biking is my favorite, then swimming, then running. Not gonna get bored with this program! Any suggestions about adding strength training in, or as a newbie is it best to simply focus on building volume?
