Beginner Triathlete - Elbow Injuries articles

My elbow bursitis is still bothersome but I really want to get back on my Cervelo P2 and not have to use my road bike without aerobars. What can I do to alleviate this and prevent it from happening?

What are the possible treatments for tennis elbow?

The diagnosis was epicondylitis medial and tendinopathy in both elbows with partial rupture of the common flexor tendon. Are there any more treatments available that I haven't tried?
