Darned good shoe, good to train in at the amateur level, once you get faster it'll be a great LSD day shoe.

I went back to Brooks after a bad experience with the wrong type of Asics shoe that caused heel bursitis in both of my feet. I've always had good results with the Brooks shoes I've used (Adrenaline and now the Dyad).
