I actually have 2 pairs now. I use the KSO's during short runs (3-5 miles) for speed and tempo drills. I've run a few 10 k's with them but would develop blisters. For my longer runs, I go with my Newtons. If you're a forefoot runner or want to become one, give the Vibrams a shot. But make sure you break into them. Happy Running!!!
