Great shoe. They feel like you are running on marshmallows. Could be a good or bad thing depending on your likes and needs. I have since purchased two other pairs of running shoes, but I can't seem to put these completely out of the rotation.

I've already bought the updated Vomero 5 to continue my relationship with the line. If you find something that works, there's no reason to change it. Great training shoe, and I've raced in it well - although I would like to try a lighter weight racing shoe to see how the performance compares.

Nice looking shoe, great fit, great comfort. it does have the ability to use the Nike Ipod equipment but I don't own an Ipod so can't comment how tha feels in the shoe. Definitely recomend at this point.

I HAVE TWO PAIR OF THESE SHOES NOW. BUT EVEN THOUGH THEY ARE VERY COMFY TO RUN IN, THEY ARE NOT MEANT FOR TRAINING IN BECAUSE THEY WEAR OUT VERY FAST. NOT SURE IF I WILL BUY AGAIN, MAYBE I WILL CHECK OUT THE 4.

Having run several half and 1 full marathon, I am always looking for cushioned running shoes, but now that I am delving into the world of tri's, I was wondering if it would be better to give up some cushioning for a lighter shoe. With these new Vomero 3's, it seems I have the best of both worlds.
