PowerBar Protein Plus drink gear reviews

Overall, I found this to be a very good protein drink, and I would recommend it. The taste was, I thought, surprisingly good. I probably wouldn't mix it up just as a chocolatey treat, but after a workout, it is an excellent protein delivery vehicle. I have been happy using chocolate milk in the past, and I can't say that I have noticed any real difference in results from this product, but I certainly have enjoyed using it so far.

PowerBar Protein Plus is meant as an after workout drink to help aide muscle recovery. I only mixed it with water, never with milk. Overall, this product performed as it says. I feel it definitely helped with muscle recovery after runs and also after a long session of shoveling snow and ice. I would recommend this to anyone who asks about a protein drink for after workouts!!
