It has proved the value of GPS to me, and prompted me to buy a better GPS unit.

It works and if you're willing to put up with it's several shortcomings, it is relatively inexpensive. If you're a bit pickier, buy a 305.

A good intro GPS device. If you were thinking about getting one I would suggest this one because it is not that expensive and if you don't like it you don't feel like you just blew $200 for nothing. $100 is not as bad and if you're like me and don't rely on pacing for performance evaluation it will just be another good tool to use once in a while.
