Great set of first aerobars. If you're unsure try them, I'm pretty sure you'll like them

As tall as I am, the wind is always the enemy, so aero bars are a huge advantage. My first race with these bars was Buffalo Springs, where the road conditions were terrible (broken carbon fiber bottle cages and elbow rests littered the entire course!), but these bars withstood the punishment. That same durable construction means these bars are hefty. That extra weight up high like this, especially with an aero bottle, takes some adjustment, but it's worth the gains, IMHO.

Simply put, this is my first experience with aero bars and I'm thrilled. Put them on my bike, went out for a ride and spent the bulk of 35 miles in aero position. Took some time getting used to the feel and control, but it's very comfortable. I was skeptical about whether or not aero bars would help with speed, but not anymore ... an added 3+ mph is no problem! Highly recommended for anyone on the fence about trying aero bars and doesn't want to spend a lot of cash.
