I have had three different I pods in the past few years and this one by far is the easiest, lightest, most durable. If you like to Run / Bike to music I highly recommend this one.

You can find them very cheap on EBAY

Great investment for what will be year 1 of my triathlon journey (did one with a friends Bianchi last year). Would recommend the bike to anyone who's looking to make a minimal investment but would also recommend the aero bars as they make a huge difference.

I would recommend these shoes to anyone who is of larger stature with wider feet. They grip very well, and are light on my feet.

Great. I turned my TYR fins for these and haven't looked back.
Zoomers are unique swim fins that utilize patented short-fin technology to promote a shorter, faster kick. They are designed to provide the ideal amount of propulsion for perfecting the swimming kick and stroke, allowing for better form over longer periods of time. Because they have a smaller blade than traditional fins, Zoomers make the legs work harder without overloading the muscles. They help you avoid burnout and sustain an optimum workout level over a longer period.

Great fins, and wish they would of been around back in the early 80's when I used to be a swimmer. But worth everything they are.

I would recomend those shoes to any Clydesdales out there. I've been fitted year after year, and always end up with this design as it supports my pronation when I run, and supports my legs and knees very well. When runing in those, I have no knee pain, or any back pain. Awesome Shoes.
Disclaimer: Please make sure you get fitted professionaly when buying shoes, as not all shoes are for everyone. We are uniquely build.
Happy trail, and see you all on the course.

I was looking to get my first pair of tri shoes and these shoes came highly recommended. Once I tried them I found that they were too wide for my narrow feet. They are probably great for most people but they didn't work for me.
The Louis Garneau Tri Air Triathlon Shoe is specifically designed with the triathlete in mind. The rigid sole has their Ergo Air ventilation system which provides constant air flow under the foot and comes with two inner soles for different weather conditions. Put in the blue inner sole with Ergo Air vents when it's hot and throw in the red one with no venting for those cold winter rides. The upper is constructed of nylon mesh and leather to provide the perfect combination of comfort, support and ventilation. The single velcro strap opens away from your cranks so you don't get tangled up if you are getting into or out of your shoes while they are on the pedals. Cool flames on the back of the shoe to make you feel extra speedy! OneTri is one of the premier retailers for the 2007 Louis Garneau Tri Air Shoe.

If you've got it to spend then this is the bike for you. Long happy hours in the saddle is what I've found. Not to mention the fastest bike I've ever riden.
