Triathlon Gear Reviews
Asics GT-2000
Great training shoe. It feels real good both on and off road. This is the first shoe I have used that I was able to run without socks. When these wear out I will be replacing them with the exact same shoe.

This watch has done everything I expected it to. It has taken some time to learn how to navigate the various settings. I have found the custom workout settings to be a helpful part of my training routine.

I've been running in the predecessors of this shoe for years starting with the 1064 then 1080v1 then 1080v2 and now the 1080v3. Each version is a slightly improved version of the last and the 1080v3 is the best pair yet. The laces have ridges so they stay tied better, the drop is smaller than previous versions and I like the styling better as well. Each version gets a little less clunky too.

I'm happy with my purchase and will give my feet some time to see if these are the correct shoe for me.

This is the perfect triathlon watch. It'll do everything you could possibly want for multisport and it's all right in the one device.
Is it worth the price? That's up to you to decide. For $300 on the watch alone ($500 with tri bundle), it is expensive, but I think it's worth it. Just my two cents on this excellent Forerunner 910XT.

I was previously riding a Trek Madone with aero bars. I bought this bike in March of this year and I did the 70.3 with a bike average speed of 18.9 mph. Quite an improvement for me. I would highly recommend this bike to others!

I don't listen music when I run or bike. I like shutting my brain off during those activities. However listening to music, books on tape (tape ha... how old is this reviewer) , or whatever when your swimming helps the time pass. These headphones are a great alternative to the FINIS or the iPod for a fraction of the price.

In summary, these were my first fitted, dedicated pair of running shoes, and they served that purpose well. I would consider these an all-around trainer, and they will be the standard by which I judge all future running shoes in the future.

Garmin Forerunner 305
for the price and feature set this is amazing piece of kit. The techie snobs will always upgrade to the next gen but paying 600+ bucks just to capture swim data is not worth it. I am excited to use this each time I turn it on and will only consider changing it if it ever breaks or I lose it. And then I'll likely get the same model again unless the 900 drops to the same price.
