If you have a truck with a bed rail system this is a inexpensive way to transport your bikes inside the back of your truck. I have 3 of them in the back of my truck plus a bike rack means I can carry 5 bikes!

If you are doing a lot of running these are a great idea. I find my legs are a lot fresher after I wear them both during and after a run.

These are going to be my go-tires for a while. I'm going to buy a second set for my training tires when my Conti 4000 wear out.

I really love this bike and I think Valdora is a great company. When I graduate to a higher level of performance and want to trade up I will stick with this brand.

I was disappointed in the quality of this suit. Orca is one of the more well-known tri wetsuit manufacturers, and I would have expected a higher quality product. The suit performed well, and I would have been happy with it if construction quality were better.

Great shoe if you need a little stability. This is my 3rd pair of Guides, but first of the Guide 3 model. I just replaced them with another pair of Guide 3s.

These paddles work well but aren't perfect. Perhaps a flat paddle would be better as it wouldn't deflect your hand as much during entry, but a flat paddle also might not fit as well during the stroke.

Over all I am satisfied with the Polar RS300x SD HRM with footpod for distance and speed. I bought it primarily for the heart rate and watch features, and the SD foot pod works well enough for my training needs. It is a great piece of kit for the price.

It's worth the investment to not have to replace the suit as often.

All in all, pretty decent shoe. If I could avoid the hot spots somehow, I would wear these for 100% of my runs. Unfortunately this is not a possibility. I would be willing to give them 1 more try, maybe a size up, but I wouldn't pay over about $60 for them.

The best bike computers on the planet, bar none. This is the standard by which all other computers should be judged. The Garmin website is easy to use and you can share the gpx files easily. Being able to change the settings with a couple of clicks is great for multiple bikes. I use one of bike sets for running.

The day my new Lynskey Helix arrived I eagerly pulled the frame from the shipping container. The quality of the construction was immediately evident. The welds were the best I have ever seen on any metal frame bike. The photos on the website just do not do this frame justice. I was also very glad to have chosen the hand brushed finished with the etched graphics. The finish is impeccable and the etched graphics are subdued and elegant. The guys in the bike shop stopped and stared at the unique twisted Helix frame. The seat post was as equally impressive. The finish is identical and the carbon cradle design made the seat installation tricky but the angle adjustments a breeze.

The real proof came after the first couple of shakedown rides. Once the Helix fit perfectly I started to test its limits. I had previously tested other Ti frames that had so much flex the rear tire would rub the inside of the rear triangle under a heavy sprint. Keep in mind I weigh 225 pounds and can generate huge power numbers from a standing start. I started with caution on my newly built work of art. The choppy Tucson roads melted under the frame smoother than any carbon frame I have ridden. At the first stop light I jumped at the chance to press hard laterally on the Helix. I stood up and laid the bike over and really pressed into the pedals. The rear triangle did not seem to move one millimeter. As soft and supple as the frame rides on rough roads it is equally as impressive laterally. For all my trying I could not twist that rear triangle in the slightest. Next the hills arrived and I dropped a couple of rings and stood up again. Not a budge from the frame. My only complaint about this bike is it wills me to go faster than my legs are capable of. As I am not a Pro level rider or even a Cat 3 rider this bike is definitely faster than I am. I take that back I do have a second complaint: I don’t have enough time to ride! My new Helix is the most enjoyable bike I have ever been on.

Working in a bike shop that does not carry Lynskey got me a few jeers from co-workers; until they too experienced the expertise of the Helix. Now they are all asking how to order one too. I know I was a bit of a pain during the ordering process but Mike Viertel was gracious through the whole ordeal. My overall experience with Lynskey was just like all the other Testimonials, great.

I bought this bike to replace a Cervelo Soloist, the Cervelo was way too twitchy for me. So bad that I started to get speed wobbles going at higher speeds. I wanted to get a stable, comfortable bike that I can ride for long distances. I think this one fits the bill.
