So I'm 6'1", 224 LBS, a mid foot striker and an underpronator. I've had an ongoing love affair with New Balance and Adidas for quite some time now, but I gotta say that Brooks has earned my love. I put 13 miles on my brand new pair today to break them in. Obviously that is NOT recomended for brand new shoes, but I could not stop running in these babies. I frickin' LOVE them! Brooks earned a new loyal customer today. You can bet I'll buy more Brooks running shoes. :-)

I really like these shoes. If they fit my particular foot just a little better, I would run out and buy a case of them. The sole is perfect for mixed running on and off road.

I'm now on my third pair of these and will continue to get them. The fit and ventilation make these easy to run in.

These are Newton's first trail shoes. I have yet to test them on a trail. So far, the miles are from pavement/treadmill. It's been raining a lot lately, so might have to get them dirty soon. If you've been using Newtons already, you'll love these.

A great wheel value - highly recommended. Neuvation has saddles and complete bikes as well; based on this experience I would buy again.

Darned good shoe, good to train in at the amateur level, once you get faster it'll be a great LSD day shoe.

My favorite running shoe of all time. I bought an extra pair when they went on sale so that I could have another pair waiting in the wings when it was time to switch. These are my racing shoes. I only run in these, and have a separate pair of shoes for casual wear and trail running

Really like the Saucony brand. Did try on the Kinvara to replace these ones LOVED the fit but couldn't afford the price. Will save my penny's and plan the purchase in the future.

I am a true believer. Read the books on the theory behind the running style, embrace the message and convert. You will not be dissappointed.

Much better product than my Orca Apex that was twice as much. The Xtera has better quality by FAR, and a better fit. The Apex is poor at best.

Great light. Highly recommend it for night trail running where you need power... and because it's LED (even the brighter MaxBright bulb) you get very good battery life. This is a great light for the money, compact size and brightness.
