Do not recommend

If you feel shoes bog you down and the connection to the earth matters to you then you'll love these.

This is a great shoe if you are looking to simplify your running shoe yet you still want a little bit of cushion and support.

Nice bike frame.

SHOES ARE TOO EXPENSIVE TO BUY FOR THEM TO LAST 1.5 MONTHS. THEY RUPPED IN THE THIN SIDEWALL OF MY RIGHT FOOT AFTER ABOUT 30 MILES. THE SHOES WERE JUST USED TO RUN ON THE TREADMILL AND DID NOT LAST.

I have raced GT bmx, mountain and now road bikes and have had no complaints yet.

Buy this saddle unless you're a masochist! You really have to at least try it.

Nothing is wrong with the shoes for someone that likes a lot of cushion and/or "bounce" in their stride. I felt like I was working a bit harder to get my feet off the ground since I was melting into the cushion. These also might be good for heavier runners - I pound the pavement, but these were not good to my knees for that.

changed the lases to yanks and like that feeling much more

All-around great bike, great price for the product, however, needs some basic improvements mainly the seat.

It's still very early days for home Internet-connected devices, but if you like to use technology to support and reinforce your training programmes, the Withings scales are a fun additional gadget to have. There's an explosion of cloud-based pervasive and inter-connected devices and applications coming out for mobile phones, social networking websites, and fitness sites like BT. These scales are really an input device into this all-knowing network and time will tell how these websites and apps can utilise heart rate monitors, GPS trackers, bathroom scales, and who knows what else.

Probably at least 60% unnecessary, but at least 40% fun!
