good support for a performance trainer..wish it was a bit lighter and more adjustable though..I cant seem to get the left shoe to fit perfectly.

great shoe..love the fit and and weight but needs more support. I threw in a pair of super feet and added just enough support.

This bike is like a swiss knife kit. I transform this bike as needed. I have a tri bike or I would use it for that too. For someone in the market for a bike that can do it all, this fits the bill!
