"I would have loved this suit if it hadn't started coming apart. I wish 2XU had just replaced it instead of going thru the repair process. I like the suit and unfortunately at 6'8" my only other choice is custom."bmagnant

Quality of Construction

This wetsuit started falling apart after 30 minutes in the water.

Fit

I was surprised at how well this suit fit me. The sizing chart said it would fit up to 6'11 and 250 lbs. At 6'8" with a long torso the suit fits me very well.

Comfort

The suit feels great in the water. This is my first triathlon wetsuit, so I can't compare it to others, but once I am swimming, I don't even notice I am wearing it.

Suit didn't last for 30 minutes. There was a known manufacturing defect in the suit.

For $248 I expected a better suit, and better customer service.

Customer Service

This should be a 0. The suit had a KNOWN defect in the box. Emails and faxes to 2XU went unanswered. The US distributor refused to replece the suit and made me send it back to them for repair. This took valuable time out of my training. Remember, this was a brand new suit with a known defect that they would not replace.

** Update **
I goit the repaired suit back and used it twice before it started coming apart again. They agreed to replace it this time... I am waiting for the new suit to arrive. They wanted me to ship the old suit back first, but I was not willing to do that with my first tri coming up. We'll see what happens with the new suit.

Weakness

Lousy customer service, 2XU doesn't answer customer concerns.
