Value
All in one. I have not added it up, but it must be cheaper, or close, to buying Gatorade, gels, e-caps, etc.

Performance
It has done all it says it does. Provides calories, carbs, electrolytes, protein, etc. all in one custom mixed powder that is versital enough to be mixed regular strength or concentrate.
