Ease of installation

Very easy installation. Aerobars and placement on TT bike made it more difficult than a normal road bike.

Very sturdy device. Has survived a couple of butter fingers drops. :)

Customer Service

Among the best customer service for any product I've ever purchased (athletic equipment or otherwise). Very responsive and really work hard to find answers/solutions to questions/problems. Can't say enough about the value of the customer support experience.

Difficult to mount on some aerobars. TT bike hand position can effect some readings.
