Performance

No pull outs on sprints and easy no-look cilp in.

Strengths

Great for those of us with "old football injuries" to our knees. Lots of float to facilitate lateral knee movement. Will not pull out on sprints to the line. Very easy to no-look clip in at stop lights/signs. Double sided.

Weakness

Might not be the right pedal for bigger riders. Cleats are expensive to replace ($30-40).
