Comes already together, just have to attach bike to it

Works great but can go through tires a lot faster

Strengths

Strongly made and easy to adjust for different bikes. I woudl suggest to also buy the holder for the front tire so that the bike is level.

Weakness

All trainers cause excessive wear and tear on the tires.
