Instructions are easy to follow.

The watch is very sturdy with a mix of hard plastic and rubber for the band.

Fit

It isn't to bulky so I don't notice it during the run. The numbers are large enough that I can glance down and see what the heart rate and time are while running.

Holds sweat as most any plastic / rubber watch bands do.

Haven't needed customer support but there is plenty of help on polars site.

Does everything I need including heart rate ave, max. Lap time. Has other features as well that I haven't used yet.

Strengths

Simple sturdy design.

Weakness

Buttons are stiff probably due to 50m water resistance.
