They just slide on.
Quality of Construction
Very well built. My previous pair lasted over 500 miles and I weighted around 230+lbs. They finally gave up around 450 mile. Very well built.
Fit
Fit my feet like a glove.
Comfort
Very comfortable on my feet. Didn't take long at all to break them in. Say 1 1/2 weeks or 4 runs.

Easy to adjust on my feet

If value is defined as price, they are a little spendy, but do last way longer than other.
