Fit

They took a lot of time fitting to be sure I was on the right size. I have shorter legs and longer torso, so they ended up with a 56 and made the perfect adjustments to fit the bike to me.

I am new to road biking, so that seat will take some getting used to. The rest of the bike was fit to me very well.

Value

I think an incredible value. I searched all over the internet for better deals. I found some, but after shipping, they were the same. Plus this one is set up for me to my needs by someone who knows what they are doing, AND I get lifetime service. I couldn't find any LBS that come close to this package for the price, and it beats the net in the long run.

Customer Service

Steve at Gilbert, and Tom at Queen Creek are awesome. Tom sent back to Gilbert, losing a commision, to put me on a better valued bike at their other shop. Steve at Gilbert took a lot of time, on a few diffeent occasions, to educate me, and not hard/over sell me on the highest end bike.

Performance

I seem to coast at 10+ miles an hour with the kids. Riding on my own, it is incredibly fast, quiet and smooth.

Strengths

Value for the package, I think, is unmatched. I tossed around the idea of staying down with Tiagra or 105 components. It was only $150 jump to Ultegra, and well worth it. I look forward to many happy rides on this bike.

Weakness

I haven't found one yet, but I'm looking.
