The manual is a must read. But it's very user friendly and helps you get started right away.

Fits good around the wrist. HR strap fits fine around the chest. GPS has an elastic band for comfort.

Does a great job and is a perfect training tool

Strengths

Looks great, and has so many options to choose from that really help log some great training sessions. The watch is waterproof so it can be worn during races and swim training.

Weakness

Sometimes the GPS goes out, very rarely though, it's not 100% proof, but none are.
