"Great bike for the money! nothing but happy with it!"GomesBolt
Quality of Construction
The frame is the same frame that was on Chrissie Wellington's bike. Same carbon, same mold.
Fit
The Aero position is a little more aggressive than some people are comfortable with but I have found it to be more relaxing and I've found that it's better for the running form after T2.
Comfort
Again, a little more aggressive than some people prefer. But I'm comfortable in the aero position. The stock saddle is a little uncomfortable on long-rides.
Adjustability
Of course it has front and rear seat positions, The seat can move further forward too if you prefer that.
Durability
Don't know. Haven't pushed it. It is a carbon frame so I have visions of it snapping in a crash like that Specialized did during the Tour de France last year. But Cervelo has a good policy for crashed bikes.
Value
From all my research this is the best bike in the $2500 range. Orbea is trying to challenge it, but they don't put good components on their $2500 bike. On this one, the only difference between the P2C and the next step-up is the DA package.
Appearance
The bike itself is awesome. The paint-job on the P2C Ultegra mix has a goofy black and silver scheme with an e' logo on the bottom tube. The DA version has a really nice red/black/white paint scheme.
Customer Service
Haven't had to call them.
Performance
Outstanding bike!
Strengths
Everything. But probably most notably, the value for the money.
Weakness
The seatpost tube curves around the rear wheel and it's really snug on that wheel so if there's gravel on the road or leaves, they get sucked-into the curvature and make noise while you're riding. It isn't really a weakness so much as a concern while you're riding because you hear the sssssss sound that could be a rubbing brakepad or a flat tire but it turns-out to be a leaf in your wheel.

Ease of use
This bike is fast! I have a Bianchi road bike that I can average around 17-18 mph on my own. I average between 20-22 mph on this bike.
