"Glad I bought it. I can train anytime I want and it is much easier to get in the kind of training you need to do since you eliminate all of the road problems of traffic, hills, weather, etc. In other words, if I need to do a Zone 1-2 workout, it is no problem and I can get it done without worrying about hills. Would have just bought a trainer for my bike, but I wanted my wife to be able to easily get on and train when she wanted to as well."trinewby

Very easy to set up to duplicate the geometry of my road bike and my tri bike. No tools needed.

The frame is fully welded steel and everything about the cycle is top notch

This bike can be adjusted to fit anyone.

You can adjust it until you are comfortable

Adjustability is one of the main reasons you buy this bike in addition to training with power. I bought a cheap pair of clip on aero bars at a bike swap meet and mounted the cups on the bars so I could practice being in the aero position before I bought a tri bike and see if I could get used to it. It is also handy if you want to try tweaking your real bike settings and see what effect the new geometry will have on your comfort and output. You can do all of this while in the comfort of your home while it is raining, snowing, or just plain cold outside.

This thing is built like a tank.

It is one of the more expensive indoor training cycles out there. However, it is the only one that will allow you to directly compare indoor training with a real ride if you already have a PowerTap hub on your bike.

Hard to make these things pretty, but it isn't bad.

So far, it has been great. One minor nit I have pertains to the friction adjustment on the flywheel on the end of the right hand bar. It is very sensitive and clicks every few degrees of rotation so you can tell how much you have turned the knob, but if you have been increasing the friction and you go too far, you have to rotate the knob a large amount in the other direction before the load begins to actually lessen. The same thing happens when you want to increase the load after reducing it previously. It isn't very precise and you just have to read the wattage output on the screen until you see the load factor you were striving for.

Well made. Allows you to measure your power output and a number of other parameters and then study it with the Power Agent softwars.

Adjustment of the load on the cranks is imprecise. Could be better.
