This bike cost me valuable time in many triathlons having to stop and fix it.

I have had nothing but trouble with this bike since I got it. The chain is constantly falling off during shifting while riding. I have tried to finesse it everyway possible and nothing helps. I have had it adjusted 3 times and nothing has fixed it. I either got a lemon or the bike is constructed poorly.
