Appearance
It looks very fast, especially after I had the LBS install the Profile Jammer GT tri-bars.
Customer Service
The "Bike Shop" in Redding has provided exceptional service before and after the sale.
Performance
Proof is in my elapsed route times which are about 5% faster right off the bat. During a recent race, I friend said I passed him like he was stopped. Honestly, I did not even see him.
Strengths
Seems to build like a tank, has excellent shifters, crank, wheels and every thing else for that matter.
Weakness
Maybe a little heavy, but heck, I am a beginner traithlete.

Ease of installation
LBS had it all set up for me. A few times they have tweaked the fit to fine tune it for me.
