It's a running shoe.

Strengths

Extremely supportive shoe. I'm a clydesdale competitor and this is by far the most solid shoe I've worn.

Weakness

Very heavy shoe and flexibility (I came from the Pearl Izumi Syncro II which was substantially lighter.) The lack of flexibility limits my runs to under 10K and not condusive to higher pace running.
